About Revision Workshop
Revision Workshop is an online practice site for GCSE, IGCSE and Additional Maths, with self-marking questions and worked solutions for AQA, Pearson, OCR and Cambridge. It is built and run by Phil, a qualified maths teacher, and operated by Developing Maths Ltd. It is not affiliated with any exam board.
Who is behind it

Qualified Maths Teacher and founder
With over 14+ years of teaching experience in both the classroom and online, Phil has helped pupils across GCSE, IGCSE and Additional Maths build genuine understanding and exam confidence, not just memorised steps. He writes and checks the questions and worked solutions on this site, and teaches 1-to-1 online.
Qualifications: PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
How the questions are made
- Written to the specification. Every question is authored against the real specification and mark scheme for its board: AQA, Pearson and OCR for GCSE, Pearson and Cambridge for IGCSE, and Cambridge for Additional Maths.
- Marked like an examiner. Answers are marked line by line against mark-scheme criteria, with partial credit, and a wrong answer is traced to the specific misconception behind it.
- Checked. Wherever an answer can be calculated, it is independently recomputed by software, not just checked by eye.
- Worked solutions. Each question has a worked solution that follows the format its exam board uses.
